As part of the Rise & Thrive Initiative, an initial seven-person team of Oberlin College Counseling Center and Lorain County Urban League staff outlined initial steps towards creating a centralized location for available mental health resources. As part of this, that initial team established collaborative partnerships with various on-campus and outside organizations to present this website to Oberlin College students, faculty/staff, and community members.

After-Hours Counseling Support
It’s 2 a.m. You’re feeling stressed, overwhelmed, and anxious. You don’t know where to turn or who to call. The Counseling Center’s after-hours telephone counseling support is available to help.

Call for crisis support at 855-256-7160. This service is available outside of our regular business hours (8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday) and during academic breaks.

All calls are free and confidential for Oberlin students.
