Oberlin College Mental Health Coalition (OCMHC) is in conjunction with the JED Foundation, a non-profit organization intended to protect emotional health and prevent suicide for our nation's teens and young adults by giving them the skills and support they need to thrive. The Resource Center includes self-help articles and resources on topics on emotional experiences including grief/loss, helpless/apathy, loneliness, anger/sadness, anxiety/stress as well as specific concerns including gender/sexuality, trauma, family concerns, discrimination, social media stress and more. After-Hours Counseling Support
It’s 2 a.m. You’re feeling stressed, overwhelmed, and anxious. You don’t know where to turn or who to call. The Counseling Center’s after-hours telephone counseling support is available to help. Call for crisis support at 855-256-7160. This service is available outside of our regular business hours (8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday) and during academic breaks. All calls are free and confidential for Oberlin students. |
