MRC Workshops & Trainings:
The Multicultural Resource Center has a team of trained staff who facilitate interactive training sessions to foster and develop diversity and multicultural competency through awareness, knowledge, and skills. These workshops can be helpful to increase your knowledge when attempting to support a friend, coworker, etc. with an identity based issue. Workshops offered include:

After-Hours Counseling Support
It’s 2 a.m. You’re feeling stressed, overwhelmed, and anxious. You don’t know where to turn or who to call. The Counseling Center’s after-hours telephone counseling support is available to help.

Call for crisis support at 855-256-7160. This service is available outside of our regular business hours (8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday) and during academic breaks.

All calls are free and confidential for Oberlin students.
