Sliding ScaleOffered by the Lorain county Board of Mental Health, Sliding scale determines a copay based in the income of the client. If clients make less than 25k a year services are covered at 100%. Clients are welcome to call the office, do an intake and sign up for sliding scale which would act as their insurance. Income documents are required if the client is employed. If no employment, no documents are required. If interpreters are needed we suggest clients call El Centro in Lorain and they would be happy to patch through to Pathways and interpret for in the intake process.
